Can human thought modify the molecular structure of water?

I am sure not, but a person close to me is sure of it and I can't find a source to prove her wrong.

If she's sure of it, then she ought to be able to provide evidence of it. Can she do it? Does she know someone who can? Can she give you a specific confirmed example of it being done?

(She must have some reason for being sure. If her reasons don't include some kind of physical experimental proof, then "chemistry" answers aren't going to be able to help you help her ;))

If you changed the molecular structure of water it wouldn't be water anymore! I think someone is yanking your chain.

No, because thought isn't a physical motion. But yes if you mean can a human thought make a human action to do that.
