U.S. Post offices role in the deficit ?

My professor told me to look up a report released recently that discussed the U.S. post offices role in the current deficit, but I cant find it.

Does anyone know what he could have been talking about? Links are helpful or just a 2-3 sentence summary of what the issue is works as well.

    Currently the post office has a deficit of 7 billion dollars in order to offset this they plan to end delivery of Saturday mail.
