Can I freeze chopped zucchini?

I have lots and lots of zucchini. If I cube it, will it freeze well?

    Yes, place it on a cookie sheet so it will lay flat and spead it out. Leave in freezer for about a half hour then loosen with a spatula and place it in a freezer bag. You'll be able to just use the amount you need for soup or stews and then refreeze.
