they are mutts.. there's no guarantee on size, coat type appearance or personality.
They could end up looking like large lhasa/poodle mixes

Forget about how they will look like as adults and just be glad your female didn't DIE because you didn't get her fixed before this could happen. They will probably be somewhere between the two sizes.
Good luck trying to find anyone willing to take such a mix.
