How does unlimited texting work?

like how does the payment work? is it monthly? or do you just pay for the year? or does it all depend on who your wireless carrier is?

and about how much is it, whether paid monthly or in one payment?

    Typically you pay a monthly fee. It could depend on your carrier.... but typically you pay monthly.

    It usually costs around 10-20 dollars monthly. It means you have unlimited TEXT messaging to people on YOUR carrier. If you get any "additional messages" you can use those to text people who aren't on your carrier and for Picture and video messaging.

    You pay it monthly and it is usually about 15 or 20 dollars.

    For Verizon it's 10 bucks a month
