Lol my boyfriend does that sometimes,
weather its somebody on t.v or in person.
Ill just rate her to, ill either say yeah she its pretty, but not prettier then me right? or "eww shes ugly whats wrong with you?"

If that was you, you're a bad bf :] Oh btw, just 1 thing i want to tell you, (Lol I'm having fun with this.) If you're going to compliment your gf on her looks, say she's beautiful instead of hot. It shows you love her(Don't ask me, it just seems that way) O_O

well you probably shouldnt say that it wouldnt bother me but thats just me my response would be to tell you if i thought she was pretty or not but this could be a can of worms
