Can a person have "Shingles" more often than once?

I know that shingles is caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox, and you get chicken pox only one time. Is this true with Shingles also?

"Shingles" is just another form of the herpes virus (chikenpox, coldsores, etc.)

Do you know the difference between love and herpes?

    Herpes lasts forever!

Yeah, coming from experience. It's stress that triggers it more than anything else. When I got them the first time, I had major stress but now that i've done things to calm myself down I have yet to get them again.

You can get them more than once because Shingles is stored in your spine (alongside i think) and it remains idle. Not fun to get. It hurts and you're pissy all the time.

I think once you get it you're more prone to get it again....

And I had chicken pox 6 times, over a period of 6 years 'cause I didn't get a good enough case to build a resistance to it.

Shingles is a virus that can lay "dormant" in your body. Recurrences can happen and often happen in times of stress...

There are various levels of junk meals. If you are an energetic youngster and now not overweight, I would not recall pudding to be a junk meals for you. If you are of common weight and now not a sofa potato, I'd say you'll devour junk meals a pair occasions per week. :)
