Always follow up and make sure that everything is correct and they are not having problems reconciling the invoices or understanding the paper work. Send a note every3 to 6 months just to let them know that you are still with the company and there if they need anything.... Remember important peoples b-day or the recp. that had a baby and send cards or drop by to see if they need anything. If they have a claim or problem see them in person if possible personal touches always a winner
