If you don't mind the drive to Aiea, I have some great places:
Hair: TLC hair creations by Penny. Email me and I will give you her phone number. I've been going to her for some time now and she also does waxing.
Nails: I like L'mour nails in Pearlridge uptown, they also do waxing. I normally get my waxing and nails done there.
