What is a good book or tutorial for learning ruby on rails?

I am an experienced Java/JEE developer looking to learn Ruby on Rails. I have a little bit of PHP experience also.

    C++ isn't an common language to start with. Lot's of merchandise oriented stuff like polymorphism, inheritance, etc are puzzling for the beginner, as is utilising rules, structures, etc.
