Probably never, but let me explain why.
There are six sets of names for Hurricanes.
So every 6 years the names repeat. There is only 1 name per letter.
So the 6 possibly 'J' names are: Juan, Jeanne, Jose, Joyce, Jerry and Josephine.
The only time these names will ever change is if there is a terribly disastrous storm that starts with a 'J'. They will then retire that name and choose another name that starts with a J. Will it be Janella? Maybe, but who knows!
For example, Katrina is now retired, and was replaced with Katia.

when you own enough businesses, have the city name a street after you. Then be in an area where hurricane's happen often. Maybe destroying your business, then they will call it Janelle: Janelle is coming your way today. Everyone must evacuate.
