Pakistan keeps on enhancing its nuclear weapon capabilities, Are they targeting India?

mr satish... i really dont know wat pakistan is upto by doin dis but knw wat im sure u might b knowing or u can xplain us all what india is upto by doin all this:

The existence of nuclear weapons has no touching on international peace. it incredibly is approximately who possesses them, and the posseser's intentions. the present international Nuclear disposition in all fairness balanced in a manner that it promotes militia stability and peace. there is no longer something refuting that, the different violent conflicts are actually not a made from present nuclear weapons. Pakistan is a failed state and you must understand that it is not people of pakistan against India ,it is the rulers of Pakistan with vested interest of West and China are playing against India .No developed countries want India to be a developed country in future as they will lost a huge market of India and India being a developed nation will dominate the world in all respect thanks to the skills ,intellegent posses by 70 % of youth populations in India at present which is feared by the so called developed counties and china (being a cheap quality products manufacturer ) .

India is capable of tackling all such problems at present and donot bother any thing now .The only botherarions for India is

1. corrupt politicians ,administraters

2, Huge poverty still exist

3. fundamentalism is on rise at present

the Obama dingbats just gave them $2 billion dollars. sounds like we want them to wipe out everyone.
