I am starting college next week and have to be vetted from the police ,,but because i lived in holland for a year i need a certificate of good behavior from there ,, i will have to send it through the post ,,the only problem is the form is only in dutch ,,,please please please can somebody transulate it for me ,,,my email is fawwsburnt@yahoo.co.uk the form can be found at www.covog.nl or the address above,,i will be eternally grateful

Pfoeh, thats a long form. A lot to translate. I have sent them an email asking for an English form. Will let you know when I get a reply

You need a certified translation of the VOG , not the application form translated. Once you filled in the form the 'politie' and 'gemeente' ' instanties' will get your certificate you have to get it to a 'beëdigd vertaler' and get it translated.
You have to download the PDF, print it off, fill it in and send it together with the payment to the 'gemeente' you've lived last.

If you are much more interested in studying to talk Spanish than read through or create it (they do teach reading through and writing but speaking is far far more heavily emphasized)
