If I am not satisfied with the highest bid on eBay, I can still make a Second Chance offer right?

    Hi,

If you ran a regular auction & had a winning bidder then it goes to them, a SCO would go to the next highest bidder but obviously their bid is lower than the winning bid. Unless a reserve is in place you are obligated to sell. A low starting bid entices people to place bids on an item but there's no guarantee what the final bid will be. I've sold items that after all the fees were paid i was in the negative. It's a gamble on ebay, especially in the last year.
