How do I price making pinch pleated drapes that are double innerlined and lined with blackout lining?

    HUGE job. I'd suggest calling a professional seamstress, anonymously, and ask her how much she would charge.

    I'd have the customer purchase the proper amount and type of fabric, and charge for labor only.
