Could anyone give me advice We bought a 2nd hand house and now theres a leak the flooring has to come up?

we got it inspected before we moved in!! The plumber is comin back tomorrow to see what it is? anyone with any advise on where we stand

    Call your insurance agent, then an attorney, after you find out what happened and why. Basic homeowner policy does not cover flood damage.

    I think you forgot to check it properly while buying it.

    Now, you should get that repaired to avoid further problems.

    do you have an hms home warranty? do you have home owners insurance?
