I have a Treo PDA. There are apps on the opening screen that I would like to delete. How do I do that?

One person suggested that I just tap on the app. That calls up the app to run and my PDA crashes.

In the drop-down menu, select Delete.

Go through the list and choose which apps you want to delete.

If these are apps from the provider or default programs on the phone, you will not be able to delete them. In that case you can use the drop-down menu and select Category. Assign them to Unfiled so that you can only see them in the All and Unfiled categories.

Another option is to find a freeware program called Obfuscate. This will make the icon hidden even though the program is still installed. A good place to try is freewarepalm.com
