YES. For those who get nailed with the bill, but since we live in a country where a small percentage pay most of the taxes, the rest of the country is happy to vote itself the Treasury.

Tough to say. Here in America government has never shrunk, at any time, under any Administration. Now Somalia on the other hand has reached the stage of Conservative bliss.
