The court ruled even if you are on the terrorist list the government still has to give you a passport. And unless you get a pardon most countries will tell you to go home when you get there.

I don't think you should have trouble getting a passport. But remember that a passport doesn't guarantee you entry to other countries. The U.S., for example, may refuse you entry you had a drinking and driving charge.
