I've always wanted to go to Brazil! especially to their carnivals! AHHH! take me with you! hahaha ;-) But they say Sao Paulo is also very nice and they're beaches are amazing!

I would go to Israel. LOTS OF HOT GUYS!
There is also Canada, where gay marriage is permitted.
I would try avoiding the Americas because there is a massive population of homophobics. Perhaps Buenos Aires, Argentina is a good place. Never heard of it being the gay capital, though.
Important places to avoid being homosexual are Southern United States, such as Texas, Italy (holiest city in the world) and Central America.

Yes... AVOID the Middle East. Also, don't go to Rio, it's VERY dangerous and homophobic. Bad bad bad idea. Go to Buenos Aires, it's much safer, better, and the gay capital of south america.

Avoid Jamaica unless you are willing to stay in the closet. It's extremely dangeous for lgbt people there.
