5th round pick, who should I go for?
12 team PPR league. My team so far;
round 1 Andre Johnson WR
round 2 Steve Slaton HB
round 3 Roddy White WR
round 4 Pierre Thomas HB
round 5 ?
should I take a QB now? a lot of people have drafted QBs and two people that pick in between my 5th and 6th pick don't have one yet. or should I build depth at RB?

If Aaron Rodgers is available take him, if he isn't then you should wait on a QB because you'll most likely be able to get Mcnabb, Romo, or Matt Ryan later, who would all be perfect starters. If Rodgers isn't there get a good number 3 running back. Darren Mcfadden might be available but who knows. Honestly it just depends on who's available.

depends on QB depth. If you think a McNabb, Schaub, Romo, Palmer will be left in round 6 take a RB - ryan grant, kevin smith, etc.

Here's the best ranking sheet that I've found to date. You probably could get Aaron Rodgers, Rivers or Romo at this point.
