How to make labels from a word document?

I have a list of names and addresses in Word and I would like to print them as address labels. The return address was easy, but how do I do this with all different names?

To print the list of names as address labels, there are a number of steps. For your ease, open the following url you will get the steps that you need to do,

If there's any chance you're going to reuse that list in the future, I suggest you convert those names and addresses into an Excel spreadsheet (separate columns for First Name, Last Name, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip/Postal Code), then use Word's Mail Merge to fill in labels with the spreadsheet.

You can then print labels of any size, or customize a mass mailing letter, using all or part of the mailing list.

Word's Mail Merge can be found in the Tools->Letters and Mailings menu item in early versions of Word, or on the Mailings tab on the ribbon in Word 2007.

    Hope that helps.
