You may have gained lean muscle in place of all the fat that was there before which is why you haven't lost any sizes.

    Good work first off.

But yes like others said, you burned fat and gained lean muscle mass. Even though your pants size didnt change, i bet you look way different in the mirror, and that your body composition is vastly different.

Again good work and you shouldnt use just the pant size as the measurement, it should be how you look and feel overall, who cares about your pant size, i dont, Bobby-Sue doesnt, so neither should you if you are happy with the overall results.

    Your build of course

and also you may have lost most of the weight in one area.

kudos to losing 23 pounds in sixth months! great work!

You lost this weight all over your body, not just in the pants area. I bet your bra is looser, and your arms are smaller too.
