As to if it would be cheating - that depends. If you were with someone you knew wanted to do that and you got drunk and then passed out...
I have a hard time believing that you were asleep when it happened - unless you were passed out / drugged or a narcoleptic I don't see how anyone could sleep through sex.

it would be sex, yes.
would it be cheating? ask your girlfriend or boyfriend if it was. but you were unconscious and did not realize you were getting oralled by another boy, or girl.
