texting pictures on cell phone?
I just bought a pantech matrix, i love it it's a nice phone but that's not the issue. When people text me their pictures and I press retrieve it says download has failed. What's wrong with it? Do i need to set up something? Why doesn't it work?

The majority of older cell phones don't have the ability to send MMS (Multi-Media Messaging Service).

Are you able to connect to media net through the phone normally? If you can you should be receiving them. If not you should take it to AT&T. You may need a certain plan as well...
