Having a close relationship with God together will definitely help. It will make her trust you at a much deeper level.

Besides, I hear that if you wait until you're married and you both have a super good relationship with God and you understand that this is what God wants, the sex you used to have (or hopefully just the sex everyone else is having) feels like sh*t compared to what you're getting.

I think you should go with your girlfriends thought, if u have a stronger relationship with God, it will actually bring you closer together, You can pray together (maybe),

You will have a stronger bond together, God will be helping your relationship a lot more knowing that you believe even more that he is a big part in your life (But Im Not Saying Your Gonna Marry Her)

It should not pull her away from you unless you are doing things that her religion would frown upon.

If it isn't a problem with you, maybe you could join her in some of her activities that are related to God. Maybe go to church with her or do some charity with her. That could bring you two closer.

I think it's great that she wants to find her religious side. People that have such lifestyles have better relationships. Be supportive and show some interest in her desires. No it wont pull her away...but if your there to support her than she most likely will pull closer to you.
