    Josh needs to go on the Price is Right, you can get one from the surplus store for $125 - $250, you don't need any special permits to own body armor (at least not yet), and everyone should have a good ballistic helmet in their inventory...you never know when a hail storm might break out.

    First of all you don't need one. Second you may need some type of permit or be with the government. Third they run $500-1000+ plus.
