Try to boot in safe mode by pressing F8 when the computer starts up go to Run and type ' msconfig ' and hit enter and disable the items that are not required in startup .
This is comes due to Virus only..

You got any other user account to test, if not, try restart to safe mode (press F8 before windows screen appear) then try to see whether u can login to administrator account. If you are able to do so, maybe you can try recreate your user account or create a new account.
