Its more sad that so many parents never bother talking to their kids about the danger of drugs so that when presented with them the kid has no idea what to do.
When I was in high school I could have had any kind of drug I wanted. I had very easy access to cocaine, heroine, OCs, etc...but you know what? I never did any of them. I wasn't that stupid. My parents had taught me better. I sat around with my group of "friends" as they did drugs and took care of them when they were too stoned to walk. I held their heads all the time as they puked their guts out from drinking so much.
The problem is not with the drug addicts and the dealers. They have always been around. The problem is that for some reason parents stopped teaching their children and decided to leave everything up to the schools and government. That's one big reason why so many kids and teens today are messed up in stuff like this. Parents are not teaching and talking to their kids and they are not paying attention.

Drugs are only regulated by conviction and the fear of being caught.
Drugs are available in the school systems and not monitored as well.
Alcohol is restricted to everyone under 21 and is not commonly available. You would find drugs brought to school before alcohol.
I would say that Cigarettes are more available than not, so I don't agree with this being easier to get. Though restricted, it is very very accessible in the homes of many kids and teens, and easier to hide and get rid of.

I think it's sad that they'd want to use it in the first place... it doesn't really concern me that one is easier to get than the other. (which, incidentally, it usually isn't.)
and no, I could much easily get alcohol and cigarettes. I could drink my neighbors' (that I baby-sit) wine or break into my own home's liquor cabinet. As for the cigarettes, I'll just ask my sister or any of my classmates, which goes for pot, too, though hopefully not my sissy (she's recovering addict).
and where am i going to get crack? honestly.

Not every teen is doing it, but yes it is sad. In my area though it's easy to get any of that... A ton of corner stores sell to minors. and people buy alch for anyone. but drugs are extremely easy to get. Teenagers that I know, though, only usually do weed, coke, and ecstacy. you can't really find speed, heroin, MDMA or any of that stuff..

Isn't it sad that a kid or teenager can't make a difference between 'buy' and 'by'?
Who cares about them? Because of them, kids like me and 100000s others don't get enough attention. People who really need help. Not some pathetic **** that thinks it's cool. Because that's what world focuces on. Pregnant teens, drug teen. No one gives a fnck about the abused ones anymore, no one cares about the kids locked up in psychiatric hospitals in bad conditions.
