Does anyone remember that video game with two squirrels working together to fight bosses in a side scroll game?
It was a console with orange game cartridges, it was in china when I played it as a kid, but now I don't remember the name. Does anyone know?

If they were chipmunks maybe, it could have been Chip 'n Dale's Rescue Rangers. It was 2 player co-op side scrolling and had bosses. That was for NES. As far as orange cartridges, I don't know what they looked like in China, but I know there are endless clones of systems and bootleg games there, you may have been playing an NES clone if not a real one. There are way too many copies of consoles made by bootleggers there to determine what it may have been if you don't know for sure that it was a real brand name legit system. A rough time period would be nice too. When you were a kid doesn't tell us much without knowing WHEN you were a kid heh.

The game you ask for is Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers. I loved that game. There is also a cartoon series and a game sequel. Enjoy :)
