Interview with Banana Republic GM?

For the Old Navy interview I went to, there was a huge group interview (about 30-40 people) with a manager going over a sort of history of the company. He asked some questions to everybody to test their knowledge of the company, so it might be to your benefit to answer those questions, if it's in your comfort level.

After the manager addressed us all, we went to individual interviews according to what position you wanted to apply for - in my case, they had either stock room or customer service.

Your experience may be different depending on the area, but Old Navy and Banana Republic are owned by the same company, so that was my experience with an Old Navy interview.

I suggest coming in prepared for the interview with answers to common interview questions and basic knowledge of Banana Republic's history. As with any interview, I also recommend coming in confident and with a smile on your face.
