Where can I find the HR 3200 bill in its entirety?
I would like to read the Government version of HR 3200 without the bias from either party? I'd like to make my decision on a factual basis, rather than from propagated literature. A .gov site would be appreciated.

entire 1000+ from a government source. Read sections 243 and 244. very interesting. Notice that hardly no one actually will give you a link to the entire document. Good for you, you want to read it. Don't give up, its very technical, read though it, it will take a LOOOONg time.
