Is a Ford Festiva 1998 model a guys or "chicks" car?

It could just be a bad thermostat. Its a ten dollar part that controls coolant flow. and if this part breaks than you will not have any coolant flow which will make your car over heat. If your engine has a bad head gasket than check the oil does it smell like coolant or does it have and green or red drops mixed in with the oil? And also if you are just adding antifreeze with out adding water than this to will make your car over heat as well because all antifreeze does is increase the boiling point of water and also increases the freezing point of water. The water is what actually radiates heat away from the engine to keep it cool. Also remove the radiator plug and drain out all the antifreeze and then take a garden hose and put it in the fill cap do this until the water is clear this will flush out any thing that is in the radiator do this with the engine off and cool.Next take a 50/50 mixture of water and antifreeze and fill the radiator until it is full. now start your car with the heater and fan on full and let the engine warn up all the wile adding 50/50 mixture of water and antifreeze and also let the air bubbles come out befor you add the mixture do this until the system is full.

I don't know if you will pick up many chicks in it but they are good cars. They do get good fuel mileage. If you're not rich then don't try to be by putting on a front with a flashy car. You know if you at least have a car and a little money to spend on a chick that means something also. What good would it be to have the hottest car in the world if you couldn't afford a date?

You can't let other people make those decisions. If you think of it as a chick car; it is. If you think of it as a slick hatchback guy car; it is.

I've seen ford festivas running 11.7 seconds over a 1/4, that's no joke. Especially because the global trend is still picking up on hatchbacks so you may be stepping into territory that's going to become very popular quite soon.

Some may consider it a "Chick" car but this is no longer the Dawning of the Angel Aquarius, this is the era of eco friendly, fuel efficient cars.
