Should I get an Xbox 360 or PS3?

All those games are on both system and the 360 Elite and the PS3 slim are the same price, so up to you on which system you prefer.

XBL has a more robust online community so that might be important to you.

For 300 bucks, the PS3 slim does offer more than what the 360 offers. Slim offers Blu-ray player, free PSN, DVD upconverter, Wi-Fi adapter built-in so you don't have to spend 100 bucks to get the Wi-Fi adapter for the 360.

They both have pros and cons.

If your just getting a system so you can play guitar hero and rock band I would suggest getting the ps3. Reasons are because it's much more reliable then the xbox360. Their aren't as many problems like over heating and red ring. But I wouldn't suggest waiting till Christmas to get it. The price might go back up towards the holiday I would take advantage of the 299. But if your a gamer I would get the xbox360. It has both it's own games and plus alot of games on ps3 are also made for the xbox. But you would have to be willing to watch it like make sure it's not super hot. It's really not as delicate as everyone says but again the ps3 is more reliable. Price wise I got the xbox360 pro, 1controller, 3 games, 80 gig hard drive, and all the warranties they had and it took me up to a little over 500 bucks. The ps3 might be a little cheaper.

Idont know how modded controlers are on COD on PS3 but they are every match on Xbox, Also i would choose PS3 for Rock band cause u dont need to pay for online use. But for COD i would choose Xbox.
