Looking for a cruise to take for two 24 year olds?

Me and my friend want to do something for spring break this year so we decided why not just take an cruise since we have never been on one before. So we wanted to know what is a good cruise for us to take and have a good time and meet new people.

I suggest that you both talk about what is most important to you about a cruise -- destinations, available dates to go, style of ship, amenities, atmosphere, etc. -- and then meet with a travel agent who books a lot of cruises. There are so many choices! A travel agent will be able to help you book the cruise that best meets your budget, your schedule, your preferences, and your expectations. I do suggest that you spend the extra money and get a cabin with a private veranda! It is lovely being out on your own private veranda late at night to watch the water and to watch the ship coming into and leaving port. The price difference is actually reasonable, and well worth it!

Carnival Cruise line seems to be geared more to the younger crowd. Myself (21) and some friends 21-24 are all going on a Carnival cruise to the western carribbean in January. We booked early so it was only about $389 per person. Definitely look into Carnival. Princess and Royal Carribbean tend to have more of the older age range on there. Especially princess. I went on a Princess cruise and everyone was 40 and older just about. They had the game bridge as a daily activity. Not my type of fun.

I've been on most of the cruise lines and I would say Carnival would be your best bet. THey have the best night life for young people and you'll meet lots of other people your own age

Carnival seems to be more of a party cruise line and appeal more to the younger crowd
