Rate/Fix my Stall/Burn Deck!?

For ur monsters u could try putting a spirit reaper for stalling ur opponents game while u are burning him. U may wan to try reckless greed as 2 extra cards may mean u burning him alot more in advance. u may wan to put in an extra wave motion as it rly hurts when u stall for a long period of time. putting in an extra nightmare steel cage may also help in ur stalling. misfortune may also be a good option in this deck as u do not need to attack.
