Changed plugs, Wires, Air Filter and Fuel Filter, Checked Fuel pressure (41psi.) checked all vacuum hoses for cracks and completed fuel injection service.
Vehicle cranks, idles and runs perfectly UNTIL you get to Wide Open Throttle. It bogs down (like it is starving for fuel) and has no acceleration or power of any kind. Let pedal up a little and it runs fine. This happens while in motion or while accelerating motionless both with and without the A/C running.
Code scan is clear of any codes. No dash warning lights activated either.
I have very little hair left because I am pulling it all out.
Any ideas?

The exaust may be stopped up, drop the pipes off the manifold and go drive it again. The cats may be stopped up. Also is the timing on 10 deg before TDC with the spout connector unplugged?
If it is a Windstar then the MAF sensor may be bad, try cleaning with brake cleaner.
