Ipod touch not responding to anything, please help?
I plugged my ipod into my computer last night for it to charge overnight. When I woke up, it hadn't charged. I didn't think anything of it, until I tried using it about 20 minutes ago. Now, the screen is white, it doesn't respond to touch, it won't charge, and IT WON'T TURN OFF!
Help please.

Try a newer usb cable and a different usb port if, that fails, then try restarting and resetting it, if that fails, well and you still have this same problem, than there's no way to restore it, and you'd have to contact tech support :(

My suggestion is to bring it to an apple store and either get it exchanged or returned. It would be great if your warranty is still effective also. And if you can get your money back and give them the iPod Touch it would be amazing, also if you get a brand new one from them(as long as there is nothing that happened that would void the warranty) that would be amazing! I say this because an iPod Touch 3g is rumored to be announced by apple on the 8th of this month(It may be the 7th or 9th, Im not sure). The new things that this ipod has will be a camera and microphone and have all tha abilities that the 3gs has but the phone. And if you get a new one sell it immediately on ebay before the 3g is announced by apple. Save the money until it is out in stores and UPGRADE to the new one!!! I hope all of this made sense, I know the answer was all over the place but w/e. Good luck and hopefully you get a brand new spankin upgraded iPod Touch
