(Re-Post)How would someone sue the Government ?

How would someone sue the Government to prevent them from implementing something you have evidence and reason to believe that by there actions it would Cause Bodily Harm and/or Death to thousands of humans?

You first retain a lawyer to take this action for you. They will know the proper venue for such an action. This is not something that you will be able to do successfully by yourself as it is very complicated.

These sort of actions get dismissed all the time due to technicalities, so you need an expert. If you file in the wrong court, they will dismiss due to jurisdiction questions. If you style the complaint incorrectly, it may be determined that you do not have "standing" to file the suit.

You might also see if there is not already a suit in this regard. It would be unlikely that you would be the only one in America that has noticed this, and you don't want to waste your time and money if it is already in the works.
