So my uncle gave my dad a palm Treo cause it was his old one and my dad already has the palm Treo just on sprint but i really want a smart phone cause im sorta tired of my rumor so is it even possible to switch my phone with the Verison Treo even though i have Sprint?

No. Only Sprint branded phones can be used on the Sprint network.
