Garrett Jones, OF-1B, Pirates has hit .304 with 18 HR in just 58 games?

Does he have a shot at NL Rookie of the year and will he be the Bucs' power hitter for the next 2-3 years?

Yes, he has showed imense power, and I am sure one they get the scouting reports more enhanced on him, that he will still be a great power threat.

Him or Mchutchen probably have the NL Rookie of the year Locked up.

He has a shot. But he is not given the attention he deserves outside of Pittsburgh.

He is a great player but not my choice for the award. But he has to compete with guys like teammate Andrew McCutchen, Randy Wells, and my choice, Pable Sandoval.

This guy has a great future and though he's a bit older than most rookies, I expect him to be with the Pirates for at least a couple of years.

easily he wears Chuck Norris pajamas. yet confident, Garrett Jones is a freak and could probable win ROY besides if he retains it up, yet i do no longer think of he save on like that. And no, he won't be the subsequent Pirates action picture star in some years. he would be the main recent Pirate action picture star to be traded.

I would definitely say he does. If the Pirates don't trade him, I look for him and McCutchen to be the core of the team down the road
