If she truly loves you, she'll come back to you. Sometimes people do this. Especially young adults. They like to "play the field" so to speak. Not necessarily sl*t around, they just feel a new freedom and don't want any restraints whatsoever. Keep in touch with her, and support her. I broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years when I went to college. We had a lot of other problems contributing to the break up so I never went back to him but I was experiencing the "college rush, independence, i wanna be free" feelings. This as normal as putting jelly on toast and I think you should just "let her be free" and wait. Go ahead and see other people too. If you guys come back to each other though, you'll know in your hearts what happens happens

She may come back, you said you guys have been on and off for 2 years now. It may not be because of college. nd yes, most people do experience the "college" thing. especially when they live on campus. Give her some time to get used to things and settle down and then see how shes feeling.
