When a person has diarrhea for 2 months, something is wrong. She either has something like celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, a parasite, or something even worse. You can get anti-diarrhea meds such as Imodium, but there are no OTC diarrhea medicines that are suitable for long-term problems or which are intended for prolonged use. Advise your friend to see a doctor.

The best thing to do is to go straight away to see a doctor. Diarrhea more than 3 days is already not very good for the body it's very weakening let two months!

Two months? This sounds like a serious health problem. Tell her to see a doctor right away. She should also drink plenty of fluids so she doesn't get too dehydrated.
