windows media center?
where can i download windows media center (not player) i got a new laptop and it should have come with it but to my disappointment when i started it up there was no windows media center very sad face =( windows media center is one of the main reasons that i got my new laptop thanx in advance

Windows Media Centre is no longer a seperate edition like it was with XP.
If you have Windows Vista Home Premium or Ultimate, then Windows Media Centre is in the start menu. If you have Windows Home Basic, you need to upgade to Windows Vista Home Premium or Windows 7 Home Premium.
You cannot download Windows Media Centre seperately.

Windows Vista Ultimate which you say you have, 100% definately comes with Windows Media Centre.

The only thing I can suggest is you hold down the Windows Key (located on the bottom left of the keyboard) and press R. In the run box that comes up type %SystemRoot%\ehome\ehshell.exe and press enter.
