Historical Prices on Yahoo Finances: How to read quotes?

When I go to Yahoo Finances and do a Historical Price on Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) it has six headings at the top, which are: Open, High, Low, Close, Volume, and Adj Close. What do these headings mean when trying to read a quote?

Update:

I get these headings after I chose a starting date and an end date.

The open is the opening price of the stock on that day. High is high price for the day and low is low price for the day. Close is the final price when the market closed. Adj. close is the final price after all the after hour trades. Volume is the number of shares that traded that day. Unless you are a really sophisticated day trader you should look only at the closing price.
