I often find my questions are not so popular?

Who knows??? The same thing happens to me. Except for one michael jackson question that got like 48 answers..........

I don't get a lot of answers on some of my questions. Having more fans helps, since they receive an email for every question you ask. It's also a matter of luck. I've asked some pointless questions before, and they only got 5 answers. Half of them were reported about 2 hours later. It turns out it was one of my fans doing it as well.

i think alot of the time it depends on the question, or the time of day you ask it.

If you ask it when there isn't as many people on yahoo answers, there's less of a chance to get many answers, obviously. :)

Another reason i think is if it's a question that's detailed or requires research, there usually isn't many people who take the time to answer- i've noticed there's always more answers for silly questions that don't require any thought.

Almost all popular questions have been asked already. Plus, trolls distract people, and get them to answer their question rather yours.

I usually don't get many answers either. Once in a blue moon I will get a lot.

Google image search a really skanky girl & use that as your avatar. Also change your name to something dirty, like, i <3 lollipops ! just don't accept emails cuz you'll get a few from pervs.

That's because they are not, try a little harder. and ask stupid questions, that's what gets the best answers.
