Break things down into small manageable steps. When you do complete something, reward yourself. Pay your bills the moment they arrive in the mail. You may feel less pressured if you pay one bill at a time instead of paying them all at one time. Pick one small task to work on cleaning up your place at a time. "Today I will clean the kitchen floor."

"Today I will clean the toilet." Sometimes once you get started it is easier to do more. I have found this to be the case. Best Wishes.

I totally have the same problem as you. What I do is I have a set time where I go up to my room and do all my homework and tidy my room etc. It's hard at first not to just drift off to the t.v while you're supposed to be working but if you just keep telling yourself to do it at that time and maybe even set an alarm, you will hopefully fall into the habit and then you wont forget.

I hope this helps... good luck!
