Eye has a perfect rainbow circle?

I have this circle that just popped up. it's got like a rainbow look to the edges and is an outline of a perfect circle. Anyone know what this might be?

    Ocular or ophthalmic migraine...migraine in the eye...get it checked out when you can though!!!! You hear me??? I'll know if you don't. lol!
