In which episode of which season does Eric Delko go to jail and Calleigh visit him? I only caught a glimpse so maybe I was wrong and he was only working undercover. So, anyone?

The episode is called "Sink Or Swim" and was in season 7. Basically ICE found out that Eric was actually born in Cuba, not Florida therefore was not an American citizen and put him in prison. In the end his father bailed him out.

It was during the last season-Eric gets into trouble with immigration because it is discovered he was in the country illegally because he was born in Cuba before being brought to America
