make myself throw up?
okay.. bulemia.. is bad right?
but im just asking that is it okay to make myself throw up every now and again.. like for 2 weeks i have been eating two meals (brekky and lunch) and then eating dinner with my family and making myself throw it back up in the shower. is this okay for me to do? dont give me the sh*t on 'ull ebcome bulimic' or things like that. i want to know whether its okay for me to throw up just once a day?
i know its not healthy. but i cant excercise after dinner and thats what makes people fat right? not being able to burn off the food they ate at tea.
ive given up on chocolate and hot chips and fat and all that and im eating wholemeal bread instead of white and salad instead of biscuits and whatever at recess...
and im joining a gym next week so i wont even need to make myself throw up anymore..
i havent told anyone ive been making myself purge
and i ahve a sore throat.. if i drink enough water (i drink 1.2 l a day) will the burn go away?
thanks.
(and im 16 years old 148cm tall and weight 69kg)

throwing up is bad for you not only for the obvious reason but it also eats away at your teeth and can do serious damage to your stomach. if you want to lose weight just keep eating whole foods, drink lots of cold water. stay active all day, for example get a pedometer and try to walk more 10,000 steps everyday. i did this and lost 15 pounds in a month and also i wouldn't eat after 7 and i would try to eat under 2000 calories everyday. i wouldn't exercise in the traditional sense but kept myself super busy nonstop at my job where i was a cashier. good luck hope this helps

A healthy lifestyle includes eating! It also includes moderation, balance, physical activity, and a sound mind. I don't want to lecture you here but your headed down a seriously dangerous path.
To stay healthy (and I am sure you are worried about your weight) try to follow these rules.
4 -6 small meals a day should be eaten every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Don't eat after seven if eating at night bothers you.
Be physical, play, exercise and have fun.
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day
You'll be happy, healthy and physically well.
Best Wishes and Good Luck!
